The policies outlined below apply to orders placed on ONLY.
Returns/Exchanges for items purchased at our flagship stores must be made at original point of purchase.
ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION # BEFORE BEING RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Please contact customer service at: 727.388.1654 to obtain an RA#.

•  Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date (retail orders only)

•  Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

We will only accept returns for apparel items that have not been worn, altered or washed. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. Tracy Negoshian does not accept returns on accessories. ALL ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL.
**Please allow 30 days for return/exchanges to be processed**
RA#'s are valid for 30 days from date of issue. If items are not received within 30 days from date of issue no credit will be given and exchanges will be cancelled. No Exceptions. If a replacement item has already shipped due to a manufacturer defect, customer will be charged for original damaged item if not received during this time period.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Tracy Negoshian reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
*Please note: If an incorrect/incomplete address is input at time order is placed and shipment is undeliverable and returned to distribution, customer is responsible for return shipping costs to distribution and also for new shipping costs. So please pay special attention that proper shipping information is input at time of order.
TRACY NEGOSHIAN gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Offer only valid on purchases. EXCLUSIONS: NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS are given on BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY or any limited-time offer promotion (ie: Holiday promotions, or additional percentage off already reduced items). Limited Availability during promotion. 
Customer Service is important to us!  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please call: (727)388-1654 to obtain an RA# and be sure to place the given RA# on the outside and inside of your package when making a Return/Exchange.
Exchanges are not charged S & H fees for full-price items only. This is on us! If you need your exchange in a hurry, feel free to contact us at 727-388-1654 and we will do our best to get your new products out to you expeditiously! You will be charged for the merchandise on its way out (shipping is on us, of course) and you'll be credited as soon as we receive your return. Please allow 30 days for returns/exchanges to be processed.

Please return your package to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address listed below. PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
