WHOLESALE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 


At TRACY NEGOSHIAN, your satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason, within 15 days of shipment, you receive product that is damaged, flawed or wrongly shipped, please call Customer Service at (727)388-1654 and we will gladly issue a Return Authorization Number and get a replacement shipped without further delay. RA’s will not be issued after 15 days of shipment so please be sure to pay thorough attention to your order when it arrives.

 

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RA #. Also, any additional items sent back that were not included in the given RA# will not be returned, replaced or credited. If for any reason we do not have the same style, color and/or size that you received damaged, we will place a credit on your account for a future purchase or ship another style/color upon your request. NO REFUNDS are given at any time.

 

If for any reason TNI receives an exchange that needs to be retagged, repackaged and/or restocked at distribution, the vendor will incur a charge of $4/garment. Damaged items are NEVER repackaged and/or restocked; this fee only occurs if an exchange of a sellable garment is returned.
